Your privacy is of great importance to Buma. We therefore comply with the Privacy Act. This means that your information is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement, we explain what we do on the Buma website with information we learn about you.

Providing to third parties
We work with certain companies that may receive your personal information from us. For example, consider the invoice we send. This is processed in our accounting program, whose data is shared with our bookkeeper. You always have the right to inspect the personal data we have about you and with which parties it is shared. Forms
The forms on our website allow you to contact us or make an appointment.
To do this, we use your e-mail address, IP address, phone number and name and address details. We do this based on your consent. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response, and for six months after that. This allows us to easily pull the information out in case of follow-up questions.
Disclosure to other companies or institutions
We do not give your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if we are required to do so by law (for example, if requested by the police in case of suspicion of a crime).
